FYSETC CNC all-metal Sherpa Mini extruder for compact direct-drive builds. This is FYSETC’s machined aluminum version of the Annex Engineering Sherpa Mini concept: a lightweight dual-drive filament extruder for Voron, Ender/CR-series, Gasherbrum K3, and other FDM printers with a suitable mount.
Item was missing from order, took 3 weeks before the item was shipped out. Poor communication from the vendor, I had to reach out after a week because the item still has not shipped. This store is going down hill.
This part just works. The first extruder I tried assembling myself from parts off Etsy and the Formbot micron kit didn't quite fit right, but this think was such a breeze to install and get setup.
It's tiny, lightweight, almost everything I wanted in a mini Sherpa. The part I don't like: there's no lever tab to grab when you want to release pressure on the filament. Maybe you can catch the edge of the rounded tab with a fingerrnail and back the screw way out. Nah, Fysetc dropped the ball on this one IMO
