Extruder Collet ECAS04

Replacement ECAS04 embedded Bowden collet for 4 mm OD PTFE/FEP tube. Press-fit coupler for extruders, toolheads, and ERCF-style filament paths where the tube needs to lock directly into a printed or machined housing.

Why use ECAS04?

• Low-profile embedded fitting: the body presses into the part instead of adding a tall threaded pneumatic fitting.
• Built for 4 mm OD Bowden/PTFE-style tubing used around 1.75 mm filament paths.
• Useful as a replacement collet for worn extruder couplers or as a spare for printed mods that specify ECAS04.

What it is not

• Not a PC4-M10 or PC4-M6 threaded pneumatic fitting; use the PC4-01 / PC4-M10 Press Fit Pneumatic Fitting when your part calls for that style.
• Not a tube lock by itself; add a compatible collet clip if your build needs the release collar held up.
