White Decent ASA-GF filament for functional prints that need ASA weather resistance plus glass-fiber stiffness. Use it for brackets, fixtures, printer parts, outdoor housings, and other FDM parts where regular PLA or PETG is the wrong material.

Why choose ASA-GF

  • ASA base material: chosen for UV and weather resistance compared with ABS-style indoor materials.
  • Glass-fiber reinforcement: improves stiffness and dimensional stability versus unfilled ASA.
  • White finish: useful for visible functional parts, labels, fixtures, and outdoor pieces where a light color matters.

Print requirements

  • Use a hardened or wear-resistant nozzle. Glass-filled filament is abrasive and can wear brass nozzles quickly.
  • Use an enclosed printer and heated bed. ASA-family materials print best with controlled chamber temperature and low drafts.
  • Keep it dry. Store sealed with desiccant and dry before critical prints if extrusion quality drops.

Fits best when

  • You need outdoor-capable functional parts with better stiffness than standard ASA.
  • You are printing Voron-style printer parts, shop fixtures, jigs, brackets, or enclosure hardware.
  • You already have abrasion-ready tooling, such as the Phaetus hardened steel V6-style nozzle.

What it is not

  • Not a beginner PLA replacement; ASA-GF needs more heat control and ventilation.
  • Not brass-nozzle friendly; plan on hardened steel, tungsten carbide, ruby, or another wear-resistant nozzle.
  • No GTIN, fiber percentage, diameter, net spool weight, or country of origin is claimed here unless shown in the product record or supplier paperwork.
