ABS-GF Filament - Orange

Orange Decent ABS-GF filament for stiff functional prints. This spool is ABS-GF: glass-fiber reinforced ABS filament for parts that need more rigidity and dimensional stability than plain ABS.

Why choose ABS-GF over plain ABS?

• Stiffer functional parts: glass fiber reinforcement helps brackets, fixtures, printer parts, ducts, and housings hold shape better under load.
• ABS-family heat performance: use it where PLA or PETG is too soft, with the normal ABS expectation of an enclosed printer and ventilation.

Gotchas

• ABS-GF is abrasive; brass nozzles wear quickly.
• ABS prints best in an enclosure with proper ventilation.
• This is an engineering filament, not a beginner PLA substitute.
• The store photo/review history indicate the real orange is more muted than the product photo may suggest.
