Micron 120 Titanium Backers and Nut Bars Set

Titanium gantry backers and nut bars for the 120mm Printers for Ants Micron. This set packages the Micron 120 backer plates and rail/nut bars for a cleaner small-format gantry build on 1515 extrusion.

Why this set

• Built around the 120mm Micron / Micron Classic size, not the larger 180mm Micron+ hardware set.
• Titanium backers follow the Lightweight Labware / whoppingpochard backer concept: add a matching metal strip opposite the linear rail to reduce gantry movement from thermal expansion mismatch between rail and extrusion.
• Combines the backers and nut bars in one checkout line instead of making you piece the small hardware rails together separately.

Included parts

• 1 × 208mm nut bar with M3 threads.
• 6 × 190mm nut bars with M2 threads.
• 2 × X titanium backers.
• Optional 1 × Y titanium backer — choose the “Yep” variant if you want the Y backer included.

Fitment

• For the Micron Classic / 120mm Micron frame and compatible Printers for Ants Micron 120 builds.
• Use with the official Micron 120-style 1515 extrusion frame; the official BOM lists 120mm Micron as the smaller build with 160mm-class rails.
• Pairs with the Backers Screw Set if you need dedicated backer screws.

Gotchas

• This is not a full frame kit, rail kit, or screw kit.
• Do not use this for 180mm Micron+ unless you have separately verified the lengths you need.
• Backers work by being installed opposite the relevant linear rail; check the Micron docs and backer documentation before tightening everything down.
