Backers Screw Set

Replacement screw set for Lightweight Labware extrusion backers. Covers the flat-head M3 screws used to fasten Voron backers to 2020 extrusion; choose black oxide, stainless steel, or titanium.

Why these screws

• Sized for Lightweight Labware Titanium Extrusion Backers and the Voron extrusion-backer install pattern.
• Flat-head profile sits cleanly in countersunk backer plates instead of standing proud of the extrusion.
• Use with M3 post-assembly/hammerhead T-nuts in 20-series extrusion; pair with Hammerhead T-Nuts for 20 Series Aluminium Extrusion when you need nuts too.

Specifications

• Black oxide / stainless steel set: 10 × M3x6mm flat-head screws and 20 × M3x8mm flat-head screws.
• Titanium set: 30 × custom Ti M3x7mm flat-head Torx screws.
• Thread: M3 metric, intended for M3 T-nuts in 2020/20-series printer extrusion.

Fitment

• For Voron V2.4 and Trident extrusion-backer installs using Lightweight Labware backers.
• Backers mount opposite the linear rail: top of Y extrusions and rear/top of X depending on rail layout.

Not included

• Backer plates, T-nuts, Torx key, rails, extrusion, or printed parts.
• Check your backer material and countersink before forcing screws; M3 flat heads are easy to strip if misaligned.
