The Igus EGLM-05 is an igubal polymer spherical plain bearing and a direct drop-in for the steel GE5C, in the same 5x14 envelope. An iglidur L280 ball pivots inside an igumid G housing, so it self-aligns to absorb misalignment and edge loads while running dry, with no grease and no maintenance. It's lighter than the steel GE5C and corrosion-resistant, a common choice for Voron Tap and other pivoting printer joints.
