TR8 8mm Anti-Backlash Lead Screw Nut - POM

TR8x8 POM anti-backlash nut for 8mm lead-screw Z axes. This three-piece spring-preloaded flange nut reduces axial play in TR8/T8 lead-screw assemblies while keeping the sliding surface POM/Delrin for low friction and wear resistance.

Why use the POM anti-backlash style?

• Spring preload: the split nut halves push against opposite thread faces to take up backlash as the screw and nut wear.
• POM body: self-lubricating plastic contact surface, quieter and lower-friction than a plain metal nut in many printer Z-axis builds.
• Drop-in flange format: common round flange body for printer lead-screw mounts.
