PC4-01 / PC4-M10 Press Fit Pneumatic Fitting

Push-fit Bowden coupler for 4 mm OD filament tube. This PC4-01 / PC4-M10 style pneumatic fitting grips PTFE or FEP tube with an internal collet so the tube stays seated through extruder and filament-path motion.

Why use this fitting

• Fits the common 4 mm outer-diameter Bowden tube used with 1.75 mm filament paths.
• Threaded metal body installs into compatible hotends, extruders, filament sensors, buffers, and printed mounts that call for a PC4-01 or PC4-M10 style coupler.
• Push the tube in to lock it; press the collar down to release the tube for service.

Gotchas

• Check the printed part or hotend thread before ordering. PC4-01 and PC4-M10 are commonly treated as interchangeable in printer BOMs, but strict pneumatic specs distinguish 1/8 NPT-style PC4-01 from metric M10 threads.
