ERCF v1.1 D-Cut Gear Shaft — by cart count

The gear drive shaft for an original ERCF v1.1, cut to the v1.1 BOM length for your cart count. We stocked these deep when v1.1 was the ERCF, so they are priced to move. Keep a spare; a bent shaft is the one part that takes the feeder down.

Which variant

• 4 carts: 159mm · 6 carts: 201mm · 9 carts: 269mm · 12 carts: 337mm (the v1.1 formula: 70mm + 21mm per cart + a 5mm spacer per three).
• Same lengths as the D-shaft in our v1.1 shafts and threaded rods set; buy the set if you also need the 8mm rods and M5 threaded rods.

Specifications

• Diameter: 5mm, −0.02 / −0.03 (supplier drawing in the photos).
• Flat: 4.3mm across the flat (0.7mm deep), full length.
• Material: 12L15 free-cutting steel (2021 batch), bright finish, not hardened, not stainless. Keep a film of oil on it.

Gotchas

• v2 and v3 use a different length table (164 / 210 / 256 / 279 / 348). Those are on the v2 / v3 shaft listing.
