60w High Temperature Heater Cartridge

Runice 24V 60W high-temperature heater cartridge, 6 × 20 mm, with a 1 m white high-temperature lead and tinned ends. The Voron-class cartridge: enough headroom for fast layers on a Dragon, Rapido-style block or any 6 mm cartridge hotend.

Why this one

• Sleeve that stays put: the fiberglass insulation is embedded into the heating element, so it does not creep back off the cartridge after a few hundred hours the way the cheap ones do.
• 60W at 24V (2.5 A) — the wattage high-speed CoreXY and Voron toolheads run so the block recovers between fast layers.
• 1 m lead reaches the toolhead board or the frame on almost any build without an extension.

Fitment and pairing

• Any heater block with a 6 mm cartridge bore — V6, Volcano, Dragon and the many blocks cut to that standard.
• Pairs with the Runice 104NT thermistor cartridge — the 60W + 104NT cartridge kit is both together, a little under the two singles.

Gotchas

• 24V only. On 12V it makes a quarter of the power; on a 24V board configured for a smaller heater, re-run the PID tune and keep thermal-runaway protection on.
• 2.5 A is at the top of a JST-XH's rating — use Micro-Fit 3.0, screw terminals or a toolhead board's dedicated heater terminals rather than a small 2-pin plug.
