Runice 24V 50W high-temperature heater cartridge, 6 × 20 mm, with a 1 m white braided high-temperature fiberglass sleeve and crimped wire ferrules. The ferrule-ended one: straight into a screw-terminal breakout with no crimping.
Why this one
-
Sleeve that stays put: the fiberglass insulation is embedded into the heating element, so it does not creep back off the cartridge after a few hundred hours the way the cheap ones do.
-
50W at 24V (2.1 A) — the step up from 40W for Dragon HF-class and other high-flow hotends that a 40W cartridge cannot keep up with.
-
1 m lead reaches the toolhead board or the frame on almost any build without an extension.

Fitment and pairing
Gotchas
-
24V only. On 12V it makes a quarter of the power; on a 24V board configured for a smaller heater, re-run the PID tune and keep thermal-runaway protection on.
-
Ferrules are for screw terminals. For a JST-XH or Micro-Fit harness, cut them off and crimp your own pins; 2.1 A is within JST-XH's rating.
- Heater only — thermistor, block and connectors are separate (or take the kit above).
