Phaetus Rapido Plus Hotend 2 UHF in limited magenta — a 24V, 350°C, PT1000-equipped all-metal hotend for high-speed and high-temperature 1.75mm printing.

Why choose the Plus 2 UHF

  • 350°C rating with PT1000 sensing for engineering materials that need more headroom than standard hotends.
  • Rapido 2 titanium heatbreak and planar ceramic heater design improve heat control and reduce the clog/deformation risk versus the earlier Rapido layout.
  • UHF configuration adds the extended melt-zone hardware buyers want for high-flow builds and Volcano-style nozzle setups.
  • One-handed nozzle-change design uses the rigid Rapido 2 block and titanium screw structure to make maintenance less annoying.

Fitment and use

Use this when you are building a high-flow toolhead for Voron-style, VzBot, RatRig, Annex, or other open-frame CoreXY printers that can actually use the extra melt capacity. Pair it with a Rapido 2 UHF silicone sock, spare Phaetus V6 copper-plated nozzles, or a replacement PT1000 temperature sensor.

Gotchas

  • This is the Plus version with a PT1000 sensor and 350°C rating. Set the correct sensor type in firmware before heating it.
  • Rapido Plus Hotend and Rapido Plus Hotend 2 parts are not fully interchangeable even when the outside dimensions look similar.
  • It is magenta, not pink. That matters enough that a verified buyer said it out loud.
“It's NOT pink. It's magenta.”
