Voron 250 Bed Stack — AAA Graded LLW Bed + 120V 600W Heater + Black PEI Sheet & Magnet

One complete 250-class bed stack, and there is exactly one: an AAA-graded Lightweight Labware bed measured at 0.094 mm, the 120 V 600 W heater cut to fit it, and a double-sided smooth black PEI sheet with its magnet. Plate, heat, magnet and print surface for a Voron 2.4 or Trident 250 in one order.

What's in the kit

• 1× Graded Aluminum Bed by Lightweight Labware — 255 × 255 × 8 mm, bare aluminum, AAA grade (0.000–0.100 mm variance). This plate was scanned on 2023-05-11 at a maximum variance of 0.094 mm, and its relief-map card ships with it.
• 1× Universal Silicone Heating Pad — the 250 mm pad, 120 V 600 W, heated nearly edge to edge, notched to clear Lightweight Labware kinematic mounts, 3M 468MP adhesive, built-in thermistor.
• 1× double-sided smooth black PEI spring steel sheet with magnet — 255 mm, 0.5 mm spring steel with 0.2 mm smooth black PEI on both faces and back tabs that match the sheet stops on dfh.fm / LLW beds, plus the high-temp magnet (3M 468MP adhesive, rated 149 °C long-term).

How it goes together

• Degrease the plate, bond the heater to the underside and the magnet to the top, press both down firmly and give the adhesive time to set before the first heat-up.
• Wire the heater through a solid state relay on the mains side, with a thermal fuse on the bed.
• Drop the sheet on with the tabs to the back. Both faces are smooth PEI, so flip it when one side wears.

Gotchas

• Mains voltage: the heater is 120 V AC only — not for 230 V mains and not for a 24 V bed output.
• Thermistor: the heater's built-in thermistor is most likely a 104NT; check the room-temperature reading before the first print.
• Bare aluminum: this bed is not anodized.
• Not included: solid state relay, thermal fuse, wiring, mounting hardware or a kinematic mount (Trident kinematic bed mount).
• One only: the scan card in the photos belongs to the plate you get.
