Spring Steel Sheet - 165x165

Flexible 165 × 165 mm spring steel build sheet for small-format Voron/Printers for Ants beds. Use it as the removable print surface on a 160 mm Salad Fork-style bed stack or any compatible small printer that accepts a 165 mm flex plate.

Intended use

Best fit is a 160 mm Black Anodized Ultra-Flat Aluminum Bed or similar magnetic bed stack for Salad Fork / Printers for Ants builds. If you need adhesive PEI film instead of a steel flex plate, use 20mil Ultem® PEI Sheets with 3M Adhesive.

Gotchas

• This is the removable spring steel sheet only; it is not an aluminum bed, heater, or magnetic pad.
• Confirm your magnet and bed clearance before ordering. A 165 mm plate can overhang a nominal 160 mm bed depending on the printer frame.
• PEI-coated build sheets are consumable surfaces. Let the bed cool before flexing parts off and use a release layer for aggressive PETG blends.
