Blue Manganese Blank Spring Steel Sheets

Blank blue manganese spring-steel flex sheets for small-format 3D printer beds. Choose 120, 150, or 160 mm to match your build plate, then add the PEI, PEX, G10/FR4, or other build surface you actually want.

Why use a blank sheet?

• No factory PEI coating: start with a bare sheet for adhesive PEI, PEX, Garolite, specialty films, or your own test surface.
• Flexible spring steel: use it on a compatible magnetic bed, then lift and flex the sheet for easier part release.
• Blue-finished surface: an unbranded dark-blue spring-steel sheet like the one shown in the photos.

Fitment

Use these on small Voron and Printers for Ants beds where the selected sheet size matches the printer bed, including Micron-class and other 120–160 mm custom builds.

Choose the right size

• 120 mm: for 120 mm-class beds.
• 150 mm: for 150 mm-class beds or custom small-format beds that need a tighter sheet.
• 160 mm: for 160 mm-class beds and larger Printers for Ants-style builds.

What it is not

• Not a textured PEI sheet.
• Not a pre-applied print surface.
• Not a magnet, heater, or bed assembly.
