Phaetus aeWorthy™ ToughPETG-HF 1kg Spool

Phaetus aeWorthy ToughPETG-HF is a toughness-modified, high-flow PETG built for fast, reliable printing. It keeps PETG's good chemical and heat resistance while adding meaningful impact strength over standard PETG, and it's tuned to stay dimensionally accurate at high print speeds. Good choice for functional parts, brackets, enclosures, and end-use components where you want durability without jumping to a fiber-reinforced engineering filament.

Heads up: this is listed under "ToughPETG-HS" but Phaetus's actual product name is ToughPETG-HF. Same spool — the "HF" stands for the high-flow/high-speed formula.

Print settings

• Diameter: 1.75 mm
• Spool weight: 1 kg
• Nozzle temp: 230-260 °C
• Bed temp: 70-80 °C
• Print speed: 30-250 mm/s (Phaetus rates the formula up to ~400 mm/s on capable hardware)
• Cooling: low (0-50%), like most PETG
• Enclosure: not required

Nozzle

This is straight PETG — not abrasive. A stock brass nozzle is perfectly fine; no hardened or DLC nozzle needed. (If you're also running glass- or carbon-filled filament, that's where a hardened nozzle matters — this one doesn't need it.)

Drying & storage

PETG absorbs moisture from the air. If the spool has been open or sat in humidity, dry it before printing (roughly 65 °C for 4-6 hours in a filament dryer) to avoid stringing and surface bubbling. Store sealed with desiccant between sessions.
