LH Stinger Bed Kit — Carbon Fiber Bed + Carriage Plates + 24V Polyimide Heater

The whole LH Stinger 200 mm bed stack in one order: the carbon fiber bed plate, both carriage plates and the polyimide heater that bonds underneath. Everything the Starter Kit ships for the bed — for a scratch build from the BOM, a re-bed or a spare.

What's in the kit

• 1× LH Stinger Carbon Fiber Bed Kit — 200 × 200 × 3 mm plate plus the two 3 mm carriage plates, matte 3K Toray, cut to the official DXFs
• 1× LH Stinger 24V 200mm Polyimide Heater — flex-PCB heater with 3M adhesive and pre-soldered power leads

How it goes together

• Epoxy the two carriage plates into one (Loctite Power Epoxy Universal or J-B Weld High Heat), file the belt holes smooth and keep the round spacers and strain-relief arms from the breakaway tabs.
• Bond the heater to the underside of the plate on the project's alignment jig and let the adhesive cure before the first heat-up.
• Print straight on the carbon; a PEI film is optional — the 192 mm cut of our 20mil Ultem PEI sheet fits.

Gotchas

• No magnet, no spring steel in a Stinger bed stack — the carbon plate is the print surface.
• Carbon conducts: insulate the heater leads, short-test before power, and keep the bed at or under the project's 110°C limit.
• Not included: bed thermistor (a glass bead goes through the heater's round opening), XT60 connectors (XT60 pair), epoxy and fasteners.
