24V polyimide bed heat for the 200mm LH Stinger setup. This RaccoonWorks x dfh.fm flex PCB heater is an adhesive-backed replacement or upgrade for the LH Stinger's lightweight bed assembly, with power leads already soldered so you are not starting from bare flex PCB.

Why this over the stock heater?

  • More heating headroom: the official LH Stinger heater design is 216W at 25°C (±10%); this dfh/RaccoonWorks unit is specified as capable of up to 250W in the same 200mm-class bed footprint.
  • Lightweight flex construction: the polyimide flex PCB base keeps bed mass down for a high-speed Cartesian/bed-slinger build.
  • Adhesive-backed install: supplied with 3M adhesive for bonding to the bed plate.
  • Built for the Stinger: sized for the LH Stinger 200mm bed layout rather than a generic silicone heater pad.

Gotchas

  • Heater only: this is not a complete bed plate, carriage, PSU, or controller.
  • 24V DC only: do not run this from mains power. Use appropriate fusing, wire gauge, strain relief, firmware temperature limits, and thermal-runaway protection.
  • 200mm footprint: not a drop-in for 235×235 beds unless your specific mod accounts for the smaller heater size and mounting.
  • Retune after install: PID tune the bed and verify stable thermistor readings before printing unattended.
