Hotend Heater + Thermistor Kit — 24V 40W + HT-NTC100K

A fresh heater and sensor for a standard hotend, in one bag. The 24V 40W cartridge that V6-class and small-printer hotends are designed around, with the HT-NTC100K high-temperature thermistor — the two parts every hotend rebuild needs and nobody has spare.

What's in the kit

• 1× 24V 40W heater cartridge — 6 × 20 mm, 1 m red fiberglass-sleeved leads, tinned ends
• 1× HT-NTC100K thermistor — 3 mm stainless probe, 1 m lead, 2-pin connector

Fits

• Standard V6-class hotends and the V0-size builds that use them — any block with a 6 mm cartridge bore and a 3 mm sensor bore.
• Need more heat? The 50W kit is the Dragon HF tier and the 60W kit the high-speed CoreXY one.

Gotchas

• 24V only. Set the firmware to the 100K NTC table your board uses for this thermistor, then PID tune.
• Heater block, connectors and silicone sock are not included.
