Citrus Sheets have a moderate texture (akin to the skin of an orange, hence the name) and provide an extremely sticky surface for you to print on. The coating is a specially developed PEI powder which makes this a workhorse of a print sheet while ensuring superior adhesion compared to other sheets on the market.

Proper Use

To achieve optimal results, it's important to adhere to the provided usage instructions.

Wait for Prints to Cool: Given that Citrus Sheets are often used with high-temperature materials, it's wise to allow roughly 10 minutes for cooling before attempting to remove the sheet. Exercise caution if removing the sheet immediately after printing, as it will be hot and could cause burns. Gradually cooling the print helps prevent model warping. After both the model and sheet have cooled, you can gently flex the sheet from the edges to detach the model, preparing it swiftly for subsequent prints.

Employ a Sharp Scraper for Flexible Materials: Like with most PEI sheets, it is not recommended to print directly on the sheet without a release agent when using flexibles (such as franks goo)
Although many prints can be detached without tools, using a sharp scraper is recommended for prints made from TPU or similar flexible materials. This method ensures the model can be gently lifted from the print surface without damage.

Cleaning: IPA is acceptable for a quick cleaning. For optimal results, Citrus Sheets should be washed with soap and water between every use.
