The spring your printer wants for bed leveling isn't defined by its color — it's defined by its load class. Industrial die springs are color-coded by rated force, and the correct class for a heated print bed is the light-load spring — the one normally sold in yellow. Too stiff and it fights your leveling screws; too soft (like the springs in your kit) and your bed drifts out of level after every few prints.

We had these printer-grade light-load die springs custom-manufactured in black — identical spec, blacked-out finish — so your stealth build stays stealth. Same engineering. No yellow pop under the bed.

Why this is an upgrade, not just a color swap

• Consistent, repeatable tension. Engineered die springs hold preload across hundreds of print hours; soft stock springs lose tension fast.
• Holds your bed level. A firm, defined spring rate resists the vibration that walks leveling knobs loose — so you re-level far less often.
