Kit includes the entire 1.1 bom. There is one extra of every part, including bearings. The only parts which are not duplicated are the sensor, endstop, drag chain, belt, RJ4JP-01-08, idlers and pulleys.
Each kit ships with n+1 carrot patches. No need to pay extra.
