Subtle Design Staymag adhesive magnetic sheet, cut to 130x130mm for small 3D-printer heatbeds. This is the magnetic base layer that sticks to the bed and holds a compatible spring-steel flex plate in place.
Why use this sheet
- 150°C-rated magnetic material, documented by Subtle Design for heated-bed use.
- Genuine 3M acrylic adhesive backing for permanent installation on a clean, rigid heatbed.
- About 0.85mm thick including adhesive, so it adds less stack height than many generic magnet bases.
- 130x130mm physical size; trim only if needed after aligning it to the bed.

Intended use

Install notes
- Remove the old surface or magnet and clean the heatbed thoroughly before applying.
- Peel only a small strip of backing first, align one edge and two corners, then work across slowly to avoid bubbles.
- After installation, PID tune the bed if your printer needs it; Subtle Design documented a 5°C bed-temperature adjustment on their own setup after installing Staymag plus Everflex.
What it is not
- Not a PEI print surface by itself; it is the magnetic base layer.
- Not meant to be stuck to a flexible substrate. Subtle Design specifies installation on the printer heatbed.
