Got these to work with my formbot V0 frame Put these in bevel side down Manipulate the nut with a scribe or pick to get it as close to 45° as possible Then press the high side with an allen key or flathead screw driver and it should pop in with some force.
These worked perfectly on my Formbot v0 kit, I had missed a couple of pre-load nuts during my build and instead of having to halfway tear it apart, I bought these. Made it easy and I got to be lazy, WIN WIN! Also was a breeze adding these in for mount points to include Daylight on a Matchstick.

You're in luck if you built an LDO kit. Forgot to preload a nut during assembly? Want to add a NeverMore or some cool lighting mounted to the extrusions? Now you don't have to disassemble your frame at all. Does not work with makerbeamXL or generic AliExpress frame kits. I tested it out so you don't have to. MIGHT work with Misumi extrusion, but the slot is wider so they could be a little loose.
