Printer wiring fitment
Use these anywhere a matching AWG 18 / 1.0mm² stranded conductor needs a clean crimped end before it goes into a terminal block: controller power wiring, accessory wiring, heater or fan leads where the conductor size matches, and enclosure/control-box wiring on Voron, Klipper, CNC, and other printer electronics. They pair well with terminal-block wiring such as the 2-pin P=5.08mm screw terminal; check the conductor and insulation diameter against the ferrule collar before crimping.
Pick the right size
Ferrules should match the conductor cross-section, not the terminal screw size. For smaller wires, use AWG 20 / 0.75mm² ferrules, AWG 24 / 0.34mm² ferrules, or AWG 26 / 0.25mm² ferrules.
What it is not
- Not a solder sleeve, splice, or connector housing.
- Not for solid-core wire or two wires in one ferrule; use the correct twin ferrule for doubled conductors.
